  The room was a very good size with a king-size bed. There was a flat- screen tv with international channels such as bbc World, cnbc, and france 24 (French-language version). There is also tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, which is usually so rare in Spain! The security is excellent at this hotel because in order to use the lift to go u... wat mensen zeggen » pstairs, you have to use your bedroom key to activate the lift. The hotel is within walking distance from the historic centre of Murcia (15 min). Ther - Very nice staff everywhere - reception, dining room, floor. We forgot our valuables in the safe, got a phone call to let us know and everything was ready when we came back - great service!!! Therefore we came back to spend anohter night at the hotel. Quiet, easy to reach, supermarket close by, McDonald, BurgerKind within walking distance. Walking to the old city is a nice stroll. Had a great time during Primavera festival in Murcia!

  Zeer servicegericht en vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst werd onze auto namelijk naar de parkeergarage gebracht en bij vertrek weer bij het hotel neergezet! Belangrijk pluspunt in Spanje: naast het Spaans werd er ook goed Engels en Frans gesproken. Grote kamer,ruime bedden. Zelfs op onze kamer een dakterras. Betaalde internetservice maar receptie... wat mensen zeggen » checkte geheel gratis de weerberichten voor ons. - Het Hotel was centraal gelegen.

  This hotel is a bit isolated although there are some good restaurants and a supermarket close by, the light rail is very close. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed (as usual). The room temperature was also comfortable for this time of year. The bathroom was the ‘sealed plastic bubble’ variety, which are in some Ibis hotels, so it ... wat mensen zeggen » was small and rapidly fogged-up when used. The WiFi worked well in the room and the tv had 2 English channels. We did not try the breakfast. There is - The location, just outside the Town with private parking. Nice and quiet. I just loved the beds, so comfy. Rooms nice and clean. The tram goes past the hotel which was an extra bonus for me as I had not been on one for years.
