  For a two-star apartment Doña Elvira was the best we can get. As you have to be aware of those two stars, there is nothing to be disappointed about. The location may not be right in the middle of Málaga´s center, but in a three minute walk you will be at the great shopping street. Shopping: - 2 Minutes to the supermarket, wich has a big market Hal... wat mensen zeggen » l next to it (opening times: Mo-Sa ~8am - 3pm!!) - 2 Minutes to the theater - 5 Minutes to the Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso was born) - 15 Minute - The apartment was well-equipped and conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around the corner. Some reviews say that the area is dangerous which I totally disagree with - some of the surrounding streets are a but shabby but Málaga is undergoing but we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to answer our questions.
