  BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Just round the corner, one can find plenty of good eateries at Avenid... wat mensen zeggen » a (Avenguda) de Gaudi. To be honest in the apartment we were in I could not logon to the WiFi connection. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more - perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

  Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed. Very thorough instructions to help with ... wat mensen zeggen » the use of appliances. The bedroom was spacious. Great to have a combined washer/dryer and the motorised window shutters to block out the early morni - The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals. The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

  We kregen een grotere kamer aangeboden dan we hadden gereserveerd dat was erg fijn - The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well.
