The hotel was excellent value for money. We had a little kitchen with fridge so we could prepare our own breakfast. The hotel is outside the main tourist area and the local people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some great food in the area and I would recommend eating a plate of Iberico at the butcher's terrace. Barcelona itself was very easy to reach by subway, it goes directly to the Sagrada Familia. Overall a great place if you want to enjoy Barcelona but want to stay away from the

Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed.

The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals.
The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

Actually everything was good enough, even the thing that apartment was tiny was not a problem, enough for family of 3 people... location is great, near city center around 3 km. The apartment was very contemporary and so was the rest of the building. The rooftop pool and sun bathing area had gorgeous views. We had our beds made everyday and bins emptied everyday which was very convenient. Half way through the week that we spent there, we also had 'deep cleaning' which we appreciated too. The fact that there was wifi was an extra bonus.

BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. Very friendly and helpful host, he will give you a city map and give you advices when you first arrived. There is no ensuite room but shared toilet is very clean, and there are 2 toilets in each floor so you may not even have to share with anyone else. There is hair dryer as well.

The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings.

The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready
