  This is a beautiful and elegant hotel nestled in the old town and with the most spectacular location perched on the side of the gorge looking back onto the new town and with views of the magnificent Puente Nuevo. Our room looked out onto breathtaking views, and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent - extremely helpful, friendl... wat mensen zeggen » y and efficient - answering all our questions, making calls to check the Cuevas de las Pilatos were open and printing out maps for onward journey. Not - A perfect setting with a room overlooking the gorge. The staff were exceptional, the best I have met. We arrived by car on a narrow road outside the hotel and the receptionist jumped out, helped us unload and pointed to a spot where we could move the car out of the way. She parked it safely for us afterwards. The food was excellent on the enclosed terrace and the Maitre D moved a propane patio heater in behind my wife when she got cold.

  We had a wonderful stay at La Ciudad. The dobleroom they got us was in fact a flat, big livingroom/kitchen, and a nice bedroom. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to make your own meals. The pool was bigger than expectet, big enough to have a lot of fun. The owner suprisingly picked us up from the bus station, and drow us to the hotel! If you go to Ronda you have to live in this part of the town, its so beautiful. - Perfect location in a stylish period house across the bridge in the old town, just moments from the main square and church. Our spacious "suite" had a small sitting room with kitchenette, although breakfast was included at a typical Andalucian cafe near the bullring. Fabulous!

  We loved the position, so central to all attractions, the food and staff were so , so friendly. We will definitely go again and again. Our bedroom had 3 beds with a little balcony over the street which was fun & not very noisy - Nice and cozy room with a small balcony.   Het huisje ligt in een woonwijk op loopafstand vh centrum. Je moet twee straten flink klimmen. Het huisje, twee verdiepingen heeft alles wat een mens zou willen. Een woonkamer, eet keuken, slaapkamer en een badkamer. Buiten een terras met stoelen. - We met Lourdes who showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was g... wat mensen zeggen » ood and the location was great. Having a washing machine was a bonus. There was also a little terrace area with a BBQ which would be great in summer. We were able to park at the nearby Plaza (20 metres away) for 2 days and other times we had to park approx. 500 mtrs from the apartment but that was not an issue for us. Very quiet which was great at night. Would certainly recommend. - Good communication with owner before arrival. The very friendly welcome (from Lourdes) on arrival and her continuing attention to our well-being throughout our stay. We had the one-bedroom house: it was very comfortably equipped with virtually everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. Furnishings very nice and comfortable. Central position & good access to shopping areas (without using stairs). Paid balance by credit card a couple of days after arrival.

  The best thing about this hostal was the location. Literally just walk down the street and you're at the bullring. The staff was nice and helpful and let my friend and I leave our bags behind the counter after we checked out so we didn't have to carry them around while we explored on our last day. The hostal was clean and cozy. There wasn't a ... wat mensen zeggen » lot of outside noise. I would certainly stay again. - Centrally located and easy access from bus station. Staff was helpful and the rooms were simple and clean with a sink in rm. That made it no problem with the shared bath. Breakfast looked ok, but we are in Spain, so eating out is a priority!
