  Ligging, comfort, service,kwaliteit kamer - De kamer was super, lekker ruim, goeie douche, lekkere bedden.De sercice was prima!! Als je 's avonds terug kwam op je kamer was je bed klaargemaakt om zo in te stappen. Alles was op loopafstand. Lekker rustig gelegen net achter de Gran Via. En het ontbijt echt wel aan te raden.

  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa... wat mensen zeggen » lking to the public transportation. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

  The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars.   The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. Its very big appartement with 3 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which was very convenient travelling with 6 girls.   The service was great and I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with terrace even though I had booked a fairly economic room just because they like upgrading their guests when the better rooms are free.
