  Located just across the road from La Zurriola beach (the surfing beach) and the Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium. It's an easy 5 mins minutes walk across the bridge to the main city centre, making it very convenient and yet safe & not noisy. It is a small place overall but the room was spacious, has a small balcony overlooking the street... wat mensen zeggen » and the Auditorium, very comfortable, clean & cozy, real comfy bed & pillows too. There is constantly someone at the reception to assist you, - Pension Kursaal feels like a very good 3-star hotel to me. The room and bathroom are spacious, with a little balcony overlooking the Kursaal convention centre (room 14). It is well equipped with strong shower and hair dryer. The pillow is really comfortable! Wifi is fast. Just around 10 mins walk to the old part. A really good hotel overall!

  This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely. It is also couple of minute to the beach. It is very clean and almost new since the owner just repaint the pension. It is definetiley worth place to stay and if I am going to san sebastian, I will definitely come back to this pension

  This small hotel is in a quiet part of the town. It is very close to the beach & the old town where the eating is terrific. We stayed in an apartment which was very comfortable & serviced each day. The staff are very helpful & are very willing to have a talk & pass on tips about the town & the local eating facilities. It was nice not being right on top of the noisy tourist areas, to be a little out of it made us feel more a part of the city and locals, yet, it was near all the touristic locations.

  Javier who was the point of contact and person in charge at Pension was one of the highlights of the entire trip to San Sebastian. He was very helpful telling us exactly where to go to get a round and had a great sense of humor. We had a great stay at Pension and have already recommended a number of friends to stay there! Thanks Javier and Pension... wat mensen zeggen » ! Also we survived the bulls! =) - EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and cozy. Coffee from the machine in the lounge was great and convenient. The value was outstanding. We will stay here when in San Sebastian:)))))

  Loved this pension! They upgraded us to a massive corner room which had a separate lounge area with tv and numerous little balconies. This pension is very clean and has great staff that are very very helpful and will even draw on a map all the tapas bars they regularly go to. It's close to the old town and 5 mins walk to the beach. Best value for money I have ever - It' s komfortable, small and lovely. Quite clean and very good equiped, stylish interior, qualty material. Parkinghouse is near, five minutes to walk. Special discounted voucher has been provided by the hotel. In next corner great bakeri and this block has bustling nightlife because of cafes and hambar. Staff is friendly!:)

  Nice, bright and clean room on the 5th floor, loved the little balcony facing the street. Quiet area, but still close to everything. Joakina herself was very nice and welcoming, and so was her son. Some people have complained about her being around all time, but we only saw her on arrival and the day we left.
