  Fantastic location in the best quarter of the city. Plenty of good little eateries closeby. Well laid out inside, spacious and Chic, and a bit of fun. This location provided us space to spread out after many weeks of crammed smaller hotel rooms. It was fun to do a bit of shopping like home to cook and everything worked well. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean. Quite an experience for us even !though we know Madrid well. - The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.
