Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.
2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

Ligging, comfort, service,kwaliteit kamer - De kamer was super, lekker ruim, goeie douche, lekkere bedden.De sercice was prima!! Als je 's avonds terug kwam op je kamer was je bed klaargemaakt om zo in te stappen. Alles was op loopafstand. Lekker rustig gelegen net achter de Gran Via. En het ontbijt echt wel aan te raden.

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Ruime kamer / badkamer - heel proper - beperkt maar heel goed ontbijtbuffet - ligging van het hotel is perfect, alles op wandelafstand - Ontbijtbuffet was heel uitgebreid, voor elk wat wils. Kamer was rustig en geen omgevingslawaai. - Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Ruime, smaakvol ingerichte kamer. Zeer stil. Mooi uitzicht.
