  Wow!!! What a find...our room faced onto the Mezquita (as in, it was just there across the lane) - a surreal and wonderful neighbour. The furnishings and building are stunning - loved the patio too. Great breakfast and lovely owners who did everything they could. They even locked our bikes away for us in a room with a wrought iron door. It is... wat mensen zeggen » close to many of Cordoba's key historical monuments and close to some great eateries too. One of our favourite finds in Spain. - I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is wonderful just next to the La Mezquita and I was lucky to have a room vith a view of La Mezquita. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean a bit small but you are in Cordoba !!!! So much to do ! So really it did not bother me. I highly recommend. Very good value forthe price!   The best place we stayed thru'out the 2 weeks in Spain! The location is excellent in front of the river. The couple and young man who ran the place were the most hospitable people we met! After our early morning visit to the Mezquita (which is free from 8.30-9.30am durin - A very nice small hotel near the center of Cordoba. The staff was very good and helpful. Despite not all of them speak english well, it was no problem. Room was not large, but very comfortable and authentic to Andalucian style. Breakfast is served in a nice patio. It is not very various, but rather plenty to start a day. Location is well. It is not exactly in the center, but it will take you 7-10 minutes to get to Mesquita.   We downloaded the video as recommended and also had a GPS, we made it very near the apartment but there was construction. We called the management office and told the manager where we were. She new we were close by and came and met us and directed us into the street and the parking lot.
