Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!

Location is good, only 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. It is a nice building with local flavour, high ceilings and spacious rooms. Air conditioning was good. Pension Montorena is ideally located--15 to 20 minutes walk from major attractions. The facility is very clean and security is excellent. You have to be buzzed in and there is someone at reception around the clock. The staff is very attentive, polite and knowlegeable and was able to answer all of our questions and offered excellent suggestions.

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

The apartment is so well located in the santacruz area that you have made the best choice. The apartment facilities and the room facilities are modern and the wifi is also very fast. I must mention Mr juan very friendly and very helpful.The santacruz area in sevilla is rocking on weekends and the free flamenco show is just behind the hotel is authentic and fun. I lovd the apartment and felt two nights were short.
