  Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. - Great place!   When we arrived at the hotel, they told us we would get a small room, with a window towards the swimming pool. Once arrived at the room, it wasn't small at all. It was a normal room, very clean and cosy. We were stationed at the highest floor. With the window open, we airco made a lot of noise, with the window closed it was comfortable quite.
