  I stayed with 2 friends in the flat for a long weekend. It is excellent value for money compared to a hotel. The flat is very well equipped and very cool and modern.The location is just about perfect and also very close to the tube. There is a cheap supermarket nearby. All in all a fab place to stay but book quickly as we have recommended it to all our friends! - Very spacious and comfortable.   Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Jose Manuel agreed to be the airline's contact and had the lugga... wat mensen zeggen » ge delivered to him. He then personally delivered the luggage to us. What more can I say? Thank you so much Jose Manuel! You made our Madrid vacation - The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.

  The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the downstairs restaurant and bar was always filled with people. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. We were 4 women traveling together and we ... wat mensen zeggen » very much appreciated the powerful hair dryer, lacking in all of the other hotels we stayed in. The shower was really great too. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

  Perfect! We stayed in the studio apartment right in Plaza Puerto de Moros and everything about this location was fantastic! The rental price was also a great value for the location! Ximena was great to work with from the onset. She met us at and showed us around the apartment. She even sent us a list of recommendations upon her return to the offic... wat mensen zeggen » e. She arranged our transport to the airport for very early in the morning. The La Latina neighborhood has such a great vibe and buzz - tons of people - Spacious and clean apartment with a good and well-equipped kitchen. Grocery stores nearby. Excellent location within a couple of minutes walk from La Latina underground and a walking distance from Plaza Mayor. Also a public parking garage very near. Friendly and helpful staff.
