  the staff at the reception were warm and friendly. the room was very modern clean and comfortable. the breakfast was reach and the staff also very friendly. the location right by the ocean was lovely. - Bright reception area, nice room, good sea views. The lady looking after the breakast area was faqntastic. Helpful and a lot of fun.

The hotel stays on the edge of Isla - so you avoid crowds of people, and it was very quit there. You for sure need a car to get there - no public transport at all ( free parking is available ). Very friendly staff. - The location was excellent. The hotel is built right on the beach, and the views from our balcony were outstanding. The staff were very helpful and friendly-particularly the head barman who spoke perfect English and had a brilliant sense of humour.

Saioo the receptionist was a delight and very helpful and Manager Adolf insisted on good service. The fun mainly came from me not being able to speak Spanish, and trying to fit in.   Friendly staff! Great facilities in house and close by. Incredibly beautiful beaches, views and area. Would recommend for a nice relaxing holiday. But make sure to have a room far away from discotheque and bar area as it tends to be rather noisy until 3 am. (Or maybe we were just unlucky on that night....) - Good hotel in a grat locatoion
