  The hotel accommodations have recently been (extravagantly) refurbished and the rooms have a 'new' look. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. (the peace of our first night was marred by the noise from the - we were told -kitchen extractor apparatus. I was su - Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  Europe Playa Marina proved to be a great find for our short stay in Mallorca. It offers great views over the bay of Palma, where there is always something to look at as the boats sail by. The hotel was quiet, with just the sounds of waves and birdlife through open windows, and well located a short distance from Palma. First of all it is a good idea, because the stuff do not clean your table "aggressively" to make it available to the next customer (as it happen in other hotels), because you are the ONLY customer here. Thirdly, your bottle from the previous night will be waiting for your in an ice pot, near your "personal" table. T - I have stayed in hotels in Illetas, 13 years rest here each year, this hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff is courteous, helpful and invisible. I was placed in a bungalow without've stated. Wonderful view, excellent terrace, beautiful garden, everything was wonderful. Food quality and varied.   Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... wat mensen zeggen » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel... wat mensen zeggen » .Good local buses to Palma etc. Excellent - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

  This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. Staff were all very friendly. - My p a booked it for me from the internet, Photos normally lie but on this case they didnt. It was a great staff for me and my young children
