  We arrived in Granada from Cordoba in the bus and were met by Christian Most. He immediately came down to meet us, carried our huge suitcase up the hill and was the perfect host for a most enjoyable stay with charming room overlooking the castle.   The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location of Hostal Zacatin is perfect. For the price point the room I stayed in was great because it had a clean bathroom inside the room, a/c unit, tv, and the towels were very clean. The communal showers were also kept very clean. The ladies at the reception welcomed us and were happy to keep our bags until check in time. we got the best apar - The apartment was very spacious, sleek and modern, extremely clean. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived - unfortunately, I broke the bottle and wasn't able to enjoy the wine. The staff was very helpful, location was close to public transportation and a few blocks away was this great restaurant - Meson Andaluz which I highly recommend.   Yet again a place with excellent value for money. Simple but nice room, nice staff and clean bathrooms. Moni and Marisol, the owners are simply lovely. They don't speak English, but when our Spanish failed us, Moni leapt into pantomime and all was made clear. The Hostal was in a lovely old quiet plaza in the old Moorish Albaizin cobbled quarter of Grenada. Buses every few mins downtown. A quiet house to stay in. Quirky decor. We had a small bedroom with a good size shower room and a big balcony with vines overhead. A wonderful big roof-garden with amazing views of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. And you step from this into the kitchen for use any time and at breakfast when food is provided.

  We were in the bungalows, where we had an own toilet and sink. The shared bathrooms were also clean. In the restaurant we got very tasty food, and the woman working there has been super nice and she speaks English.
