  Uitstekend hotel voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. De binnenstad is gemakkelijk te belopen. Voor os was dit hotel van extra voordeel, omdat het vlak bij het woonadres van onze zoon (Calle Canaveral) gelegen was.   Our stay was a delightful experience. Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.   We stayed as part of a road trip around Andalucia. This was the final hotel on the stay. We had come to Granada expressly to visit the Alhambra Palace. This hotel was perfectly positioned. We could walk to the Alhambra (15 minutes) plus were close to the Arab quarter. Our room felt modern, contemprary, the bed was comfy. the HD TV wasn't used. The... wat mensen zeggen » staff could not have been more helpful, helping us sort out entry tickets for the Alhambra, making coffee, sorting wifi. The hotel rooms are accessed - The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

  The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
