  The peace and tranquility of the hotel was the outstanding feature - it was so lovely and relaxing to laze around all day or to come back to after a busy day out. The staff were excellent - all very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We choose to stay in the Annex and the room was very good, cosy with a very pleasant little terrace.   Locatie is prima, net buiten alle drukte. Er is alleen een wandelpromenade tussen het hotel en het strand. De kamer is mooi net nieuw ingericht. Het ontbijt is goed, je krijgt geen ei en yoghurt is er ook niet. Maar desondanks erg lekker, vers fruit en voldoende beleg. Ook kun je heerlijk eten in het restaurant, prijs kwaliteit is super. Wij zijn ... wat mensen zeggen » 13 dagen geweest en hebben maar 3 keer ergens anders gegeten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk met name Martina is top, zij maakt het de gasten naar - Zeer goede locatie, net buiten alle drukte en toch overal dichtbij. Een fijn kleinschalig familie hotel, de eigenaren en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk. De kamer is mooi met een heerlijk groot 2 persoons bed en prachtig uitzicht op de zee.Het eten is uitstekend, wij hebben alleen maar in dit hotel gegeten omdat we het zo goed vinden. We waren hier voor de 2e keer en gaan beslist nog een keer.

  The service of the staff is excellent. The food was great and frisch. The location is great, I would recommand a room facing the sea. There is an incidence that I would like to share: on letsbookhotel.com, it was stated that there is wifi anyware, for free. We didn't have wifi in the room, so we went to complain. It turned out that they don't have... wat mensen zeggen » it in the rooms, only in the lobby. As compensation, they upgraded us to full pension for one day and on the next day, they provided us a 3g transmit - Booking lost my reservation but Hotel Ferrer Concord managed to give us a room anyway (+upgrade for waiting) and everybody was so friendly. The place is amazing and the staff is multi-lingual, could not have been better!!
