  We stayed for 2 nights en route from Granada back to Alicante. Alicia and her husband were very obliging and served us some simple and very tasty meals when we discovered the local restaurants were closed as it was early in the season and early in the week. All food was delicious and recommended. The room was spotlessly clean and there were nice t... wat mensen zeggen » erraces, with views of the sea, to eat and relax. - The owners were great, very attentive and helpful. The location is just back from the beach in a quiet, elevated position with a great view over the surrounding village and landscape. The hotel is built in a style sympathetic to the local vernacular but with all the modern facilities. Calabardina is a great base for exploring Aguilas, Hornilla and the surrounding region.
