  The apartment was excellent. Great view across the bay, very well appointed, very clean & very comfortable. A great location close enough to the beach & other facilities whilst just far enough away from the noisier nightlife! Nice to lie by the quiet pool and still be able to hear the sea! You wont find a better self-catering facility this... wat mensen zeggen » close to the centre of town. - No real reception. There was a problem on arrival. Either letsbookhotel.com didn't confirm our booking or the apartments didn't make a note of it. A Spainish guy made great efforts to help, but communication was a problem. His English was as good as my Spanish. Then a German guy, Ivan (Manager??) sorted it and from then on all was excellent.

  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... wat mensen zeggen » rganised immediately. Excellent service and friendliness! Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Excellent location in the old town. Lovely room on 6th floor overlooking the beach, balcony was huge. Reception staff were very helpful, food in cafe was lovely too.   very close to clubs, bars & Tapas Alley but just far enough away to not hear any noise at night. Also very close to beach. Great pool on roof. - The staff were of a high standard always helpful and pleasant food very spanish but really good,great position for beach and the old town.
