  Beautiful views of the harbor - some rooms have picture windows with sliding patio doors to a full view of the harbor (ours did). Parking is somewhat limited to the front of the entrance, but it is free and more is available around the back. Staff were very nice and helpful. Within walking distance (although several blocks) to Boulder's Beach and the penguins - Superb location in centre of Simon's Town with spacious rooms overlooking yacht basin and False Bay. Wide choice of restaurants and shops only metres away. Friendly and attentive staff. A gem of a hotel.

  We were made to feel welcome from the start. The guest house was very much a 'boutique hotel' rooms were designed with a lot of thought, beautiful views of the bay & hills from the picture window. Our breakfast was delicious, very fresh and whatever we required. Their right hand man's name is 'Wonderful' and He is!!! - This is a fabulously l... wat mensen zeggen » ocated building up high overlooking False Bay. The corner room is beautifully furnished with ideal homes type bathroom. Whilst watching sun go down ,.for the first time I saw whales surfacing, close the shore! Very relaxing and very pleasant stay. I will definitely go back,

  Of all the places I have stayed across the World (and there have been a lot!) I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere as special as this. It is a glass eyrie perched on the side of a mountain with THE most spectacular views over False Bay. The accommodation is sumptuous and you feel a million dollars staying here. We stayed in Sunrise (the suite)... wat mensen zeggen » and, if I lived to be 100, I would never tire of the views from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was super-comfortab - Great location with stunning view over False Bay from the public area and rooms! During our stay in SA Aqua Terra was by far the best B&B. Rooms were very well-equipped and super-clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and useful advice from Jenny, our host. It is a pity we could only stay there for one night. But we will come back!

  The fabulous personal attention to detail, the heated bathroom floors and towel rails on a really chilly day. Bruce left a pullover on his bed and John took the trouble to meet us at the airport to return it. Talk about going the extra mile. The views are magnificent and all in all it was just a great experience. Would definitely visit again i... wat mensen zeggen » f in the area and would love to recommend it as it will exceed expectations. - I spent just one night at Penguinden. This place is unforgettable! I will definitely be back. My only regret is that my stay was too short. Waking up to a view as spectacular as this venue has to offer is an experience not to be missed. In addition to the view, the place is beautifully furnished with all of the luxuries of home you could possibly need during your stay. I can’t wait to come back here. So glad I found it!
