The breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   My boyfriend and I spent two night here and found it to be easily accessible to all areas of interest as well as the downtown area. Staff was friendly and host was informative and friendly. Wonderful treat to take a swim and wi-fi access was great. Breakfast in the morning was top notch, room was clean and fully equipped for tea, coffee as well ... wat mensen zeggen » as refrigerator and microwave. The welcome Sherry was a wonderful treat after the long drive from Cape Town. I would recommend this to anyone looking - Earthbound B&B was an amazing place to stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel as though we were at home. The room was very tastefully furnished, very spacey and extremely comfortable. A lovely and very tasty breakfast was served in a basket right to our room. Wish we could come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and all the awesome outdoor space. One of the best stays on our whole journey. Highly recommended!!

  -Parking was clearly marked and in the basement of the building, very secure and free -In general the hotel is very secure needing your room card to access elevators and so on -The room was neat and clean all mod cons -Great big flat screen TV -Awesome comfortable extra length bed -Neat and modern bathroom -Ordered drinks from the bar area and req... wat mensen zeggen » uested ice and so on and the staff were great -Had a modern alarm/fm radio/mp3 player in room which was cool, could pop my iPod -Ample plug points -D - Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

  This was our second superb visit to 7 Church Street, and we stayed for longer this time. Mike & May are fantastic hosts and are so friendly & helpful. Before our arrival, May emailed us full details of the area and the best scenic route to take to get to Montagu. During our stay, Mike & May gave us several recommendations for restauran... wat mensen zeggen » ts, walks, sightseeing, wine tasting etc., all of which were excellent. Dinner at Jessica's is a must; the chef is highly talented. Montagu itself is - Extremely hospitable and entertaining hosts in a lovely setting with some glorious artworks on the walls! The breakfast was superb with Mike creating montages with the fruit. We will definitely be back.

  We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. We traveled with our 4 year old, and they made a comfy bed for her on the floor, but as the Executive suite was designed with a divide between the lounge/kitchen and the bed, we still had ... wat mensen zeggen » our privacy, which worked out very well. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

  It was worth paying a little extra for the Honeymoon Room. It was a beautiful, bright, modern, large room and the view of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon was outstanding. The Manager, Vee, was absolutely brilliant ! She has such a warm personality and does everything she can to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Large room, fabulous double rainshower plus bath. Good quality linens and towels. The view from the room was breathtaking. Vee is such a lovely person and really wants you to enjoy your stay. Great breakfasts too

  Very nice and quiet family run hotel, with an accomodating and friendly staff. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had, ever (and I travel a lot in business). A quite and nice neigbourhood, but only a 10 min walk to the more busy and noisy centre of Cape Town. Allthough only 14 rooms, they even run their own transport service in the evening. ... wat mensen zeggen » - Amazing hotel in a quiet area, yet close to everything. Lovely view of the mountain. The owners' personal attention was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.
