  The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by the owner who showed us to a lovely room with crisp white linen, tastefully decorated and very reasonably priced for the location! The bathroom was huge and the white towels soft and fluffy. We were surprised to find the breakfast menu more extensive than most 5 star hotels have to offer and the food ... wat mensen zeggen » was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere on the pool deck and the suites upstairs have a magnificent full ocean view. The owner was so kind and even o - The cleanliness and the warmth of the owner and the helpers we felt at home though five hours away from home

  We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants... On the whole, our stay at the Urban Park Hote... wat mensen zeggen » l and Spa was a very enjoyable one. We would certainly recommend this hotel. - The Urban Park hotel is absolutely stunning. The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return!!

  We enjoyed our stay immensly. The view is breath taking, the resort caters for all your needs and there is really no need to venture out except if you want too. There is a myriad of activities, catering for all preferences. The staff is helpful and friendly, the catering and variety of options excellent. The rooms we were in were very nice, with u... wat mensen zeggen » p to date decor, underfloor heating all round for the colder days, the pictures does not do it justice.I will return and have already recommended Drak - I enjoyed the massage at cellutology. The breakfast was devine. The staff were excellent- very friendly. The resort facilities are very unique especially the hydro pool which we seen but did not have time to use because of our short stay. But the facilities and the welcome was excellent.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and I loved the view from the verandah. There was a huge amount and variety of spaces to relax in to suit the weather conditions. (I loved the lounges with the fires burning when the weather was cold and the verandah when it was warmer.) - Staff were attentive and friendly, appea... wat mensen zeggen » red to enjoy their job! We did not avail outselves of all the facilities at Ardmore, but drove there to see the weave and pottery. It was not very welcoming.

  I loved the friendly and warm welcome of the staff,i loved the fact that it catered for children as well,my partner felt @home when he heard they was gym as he is much a sport person. The food was excellent,wow the place is great, beautiful we absolutely loved it. - the hotel room was very nice and the dining room quite breathtaking but everythin... wat mensen zeggen » g is just a little run down, pot plants not watered, door leading out of the dining room do not close to an air tight fit but perhaps we were there during a lull in maintenance
