  Location: it’s located on a main street (Regent), very safe to walk on your own, one block away from the ocean, with a lot of great restaurants and shops, as well as an amazing organic supermarket, within walking distance, a pharmacy next door, and several little but good restaurants inside the building. It - Everything about the trip was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and offered help assistance with any queries we had. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on our 11 day stay. The holiday had the perfect balance of nights out for a few drinks, relaxing on the beach and also taking in all the attractions Cape Town has to offer. Sea Point as a location is ideal as you are not too far, bay car, from the CBD or Clifton beach/Camps Bays.

He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler.   Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. The hosts are extremely helpful ... wat mensen zeggen » with everything. We had a very late flight and could use all facilities in the house during that day. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.
