  stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! All in all it is a beautiful hotel but I think some of the interior in the reception area could be more tastefully decorated. The room/bathroom was also a bit bare. Great venue and space. There should be more signs for the hotel and hotel parking access.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in. I would definitely return to this hotel. - Excellent airport pick-up service. Welcoming arrival, some nice tea served. Good selection of food and quality dining facilities. Decorative elements, attached to details. Beautiful, spacious rooms, with lots of innovative pleasant details. Discrete atmosphere. Family run hotel feeling. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.
