  I like the location near Wits univ. The garden with the sculptors is beautiful and it is nice to sit on the deck for something to eat and drink. The history of the hotel is very interesting. - Comfortable and clean rooms. Good Breakfast.

  stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! All in all it is a beautiful hotel but I think some of the interior in the reception area could be more tastefully decorated. The room/bathroom was also a bit bare. Great venue and space.   I journeyed almost five months through SA. This was the best value for money accommodation I stayed at during the entire trip (note: I stayed at cheaper and much more expensive places during this trip). I liked the architecture, the nice spacious rooms (the rooms feel like small apartments rather than rooms), the friendliness and professionalism o... wat mensen zeggen » f the staff, the excellent breakfast and pasta dinners, the well-functioning TV and internet (not always a given in SA), and the closeness to Wits Uni - Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!
