  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   Candice, one of your travel agents/assistants, went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and all our tour arrangements were completed...She is a treasure for V&A! Don't let this one get away!! Similarly, the breakfast staff (from our hostess to our waitress) made each morning a joyful experience! What a refreshing de... wat mensen zeggen » light...A breath taking view of Table Mountain and the waterfront accompanied by individuals who made sure we were served remarkable meals in a profes - The location was great, lots of choices for dinning and shopping and centrally located so that made it easy to get out and about. the Waterfront was well sign posted for visitors unfamiliar with Cape Town so that was a huge plus when going out and then returning, we never got lost.... being on the harbour withthe excursions was a plus as well. We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.

  Absolutely perfect location. Best location in Waterfront - set slightly above waterfront so has stunning views and feels like a preaceful haven, but is only a 2 minute walk down to all the action. The hotel itself is lovely with beautifully designed bedrooms and gorgeous grounds.   Beautiful hotel in a great location (Literally 2 minutes walk and you're at the centre of the Q&A waterfront) staff were very friendly and helpful. You are allowed to use the other two hotels facilities - next door for the Dockhouse and their pool and Garden and down some steps for the Q&A hotel which is great for Breakfast as it has a muc... wat mensen zeggen » h more varied buffet and is on the waterfront. But out of the 3 in the hotel chain I'm pleased I stayed at the Queen Victoria. - Everything! Beautiful room, views, linen,great bathroom, delicious breakfast etc etc. And the free bottle of bubbly because it was a birthday celebration!!!! We will be back!!!!

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... wat mensen zeggen » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Blackheath Lodge provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere akin to being at home! It is pleasantly designed around a small, but extremely well cared for and pretty pool area. The breakfast choice is good - English or continental tea/coffee/biscuits are always available. The owner has an excellent relationships with his smiling and helpful staf... wat mensen zeggen » f and nothing was too much trouble, including arranging our outings. The lodge has a hire car available. The rooms are attractive and very clean. W - This was a delightful place to stay in a lovely tastefully furnished Victorian Lodge. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much to ask during our 4 day stay. The rooms were very comfortable with an excellent shower. Thank you to all the team that work there for making our stay so enjoyable!
