  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   I was there for a conference and everything was excellent: the room was comfortable and quite large, the linen very good, the food at the conference was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there.
