  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. The place has a lovely gym - the facilities are generally lovely. 3. The FREE shuttle to Sandton City and other nearby attractions has got to be... wat mensen zeggen » an added plus! Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

  We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Excellent for an overnights... wat mensen zeggen » tay. - Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

  A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. It’s a haven in the suburbs away from the noise and bright lights... wat mensen zeggen » of the city but central enough to easily enjoy the many activities in the area. Another thing that makes this place special is the décor – it has man - From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden and dinner at a local restaur

  The pictures are as you find it. A beautiful boutique hotel. We had room 11 for a full week, which was a huge apartment with a big patio outside overlooking the pool and garden. It had a giant four poster bed, comfy and clean. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere about the place. The staff were always courteous and polite.
