  We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.   Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.

  A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. It’s a haven in the suburbs away from the noise and bright lights... wat mensen zeggen » of the city but central enough to easily enjoy the many activities in the area. Another thing that makes this place special is the décor – it has man - From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden and dinner at a local restaur

  I would highly recommend staying at this location. We had a two night stay there and found our hostess Anne to be quite hospitable and gracious. The property is safe and secure with gated entry located in the affluent suburb of Rosebank. The location was ideal with shops and restaurants located about a 10 minute walk to the mall. They allowed us an early check in and even offered us breakfast. They gave tea to our guests and allowed us to store our luggage on our last day when we were being picked up later in the day. They were excellent. The location is very good being both central and close to the Gautrain and also a big shopping centre with lots of restaurants.
