  Nice people, very helpful and honest. I booked for 2 people in error and was charged for 1. We had a double booking issue for one night, but that was resolved with an equally friendly guest house.   The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by the owner who showed us to a lovely room with crisp white linen, tastefully decorated and very reasonably priced for the location! The bathroom was huge and the white towels soft and fluffy. The breakfast was extensive and very well cooked. The owner (Janelle) could not do more to make you feel at home. She was very happy to help with any arrangements for trips, t - Calla and Jonelle are the most hospitable guests in the industry. Guests feel instantly at home and part of the establishment. The Villa is close to Umhlanga village with its shops and eateries, and for the more discerning gourmet, the five star Beverley Hills Hotel and the Oyster Box Hotel are remnants of Durban's colonial heritage. Breakfasts at Calla's Villa are varied and delicious.

  The gate men, the receptionists and women staffers (more so from the restaurant, the JAM) were super. The displayed professionalism at all times and were extremely friendly. Lovely people who were helpful at all times.
