Our waitress asked the pastry chef, who sent out 6 delicious pancakes with syrup - which we all devoured! - Friendly professional greeting in the car park, reception was quick.   Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.

  For an overnight this was a good choice; our arrival was late afternoon into Durban and we were nervous about driving in the dark. It quickly falls dark around 18.00, apparently year round. Quiet,clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water & good helpful staff. The bathroom was huge and the white towels soft and fluffy.
