  i love the warmth of the owner and staffs, they care so much about what you need. the apartment is extremely clean and have complete facilities. can't get better location! this apartment is located in quiet nice place. it is not in the middle of central busy city but it takes you only few minutes to go to any best places in capetown. - The locati... wat mensen zeggen » on of this guest house was perfect. We could get to anything--the mountains, shopping, the beach, and restaurants--in less than ten minutes. The staff was so nice to our whole family and very hospitable. We felt very comfortable staying here and would do so again in the future.

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!! Strongly recommend the hotel to all !!! - Staff were outstanding; loved the unique scent menus; food was excellent; special occasion and they made sure they acknowledged it!

  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere. I don't normally complain but I did book 2 months in advance & I would have like a call to say that they coul - The mod hotel together with it's location and beautiful sea and mountain views and sunsets, the bar and restaurants with their efficient and friendly staff, safe undercover parking, close proximity to Cape Town's CBD. waterfront and Century City, and the luxurious Junior suite we chose for our three night stay.
