We will stay there everytime we travel to Joburg. - The receptionist was very friendly (I think his name was Isaac) and he explained everything regarding the room and breakfast very well.   Loved the warm reception of the staff especially the lady in charge at the reception. I appreciated their friendliness to my young children especially, who were all over the place. The breakfast was superb and well thought out down to the last little mints they give!   1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.
