I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate). The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.   Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.
