I came to Bratislava by train and I needed a hotel near the railway station. And Freddie was exactly what I needed. The location is not far to walk to the train station and the old town. Hostel is clean and friendly and the common rooms are great spaces to relax. There is a washing machine. The studio room we had came with a kitchenette and towels. Unlike other reviewers, we did not have to pay for towels. Hostel seems new so everything was pretty good.

Fantastic place! ...the receptionist Simona was a breath of fresh air. She made our stay enjoyable from the moment we walked through the door. Rare in Slovakia. Great position, wonderful nights sleep WITH the window open (quiet) and fantastic price. No disappointments for anybody who stays there!

hartje van centrum - for my overnight stay, having arrangements near by next day in the morning, it was an excelent choice. I stayed in room no.8 in the attic and it was clean and nice with roof skylights TV, bathroom spotless clean. It might be a burden though for those with many luggage as it is all in the attic on the third floor with no lifts.
