  The bellhop Mohd was amazing. So nice and courteous to always offer a helping hand. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was a nice touch for the morning as well. Loved the pool and glad there were towels always there to use. Tips for the first timers, take the train as the whole road in front of the hotel is blocked for construction and the cabby will not be able to bring you to the front of the hotel. From the train station, come out from Exit D, walk all the way straight and turn right on Bencoolen Street and walk all the way to the end. Ta-d... wat mensen zeggen » a! Right in front of you! =D Take note that Exit D is a set of stairs, so if you're carrying luggage, take Exit C. When you come out, turn 180˚ and yo - A good, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a room at the back of the hotel away from the MRT building site (another traveller's recommendation). It was very quiet and the view across the City was lovely. 10-15 min walk to Raffles in one direction and the same in the other direction to Orchard Road shops. Very close to the MRT which was a quick, cheap way to travel around the City (2.20 Hong Kong dollars per person from the airport to the hotel).

  We travelled with a 10 week old, and they were great having a crib waiting in our room, and an upgrade so we'd be more comfortable. Also the kitchen facilities are lovely and handy if you need a break from eating out. Even the breakfast staff were fantastic. The food is nothing special, but it's great having it provid - Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left. We will certainly make sure we stay with you agai
