Th breakfast was very good and despite, I arrived very early to the hotel, they gave me a room so I could check in before 10 AM, The private parking is free of charge. A plumbing problem in one of our rooms was taken care of promptly and efficiently.   The hotel has many good points and when compared to the rest of the 5 star hotels in Madinah it stands out. It has a peaceful feeling about it and is located close to the Haram. Its location is very close to one of the Haram's ladies main entrances. The room service was fast, delicious and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and spacious. Finally, all the members of staff were friendly and helpful. - Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price, which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.
