  Everything. Fantastic hotel, extremely efficient and courteous staff and great customer service, something very rare in this part of the world. Spacious and clean Family room that was cleaned every day without even asking. The reservation staff called us to reconfirm our booking & they did the same before we checked out - much appreciated for that. On their system they had a higher rate for the rooms we've booked (higher rate compared to the rate we booked online), however they managed to correct it at the same we checked in. Easy access from/to Haram, unlike other hotels. Easy access to the food court as well.

  This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. I booked 2 double room ; but during mt check-in, they gave me the Royal suite with 2 rooms. It was very spacious with seperate dining room, kitchenete areas, 2 seperate bathrooms. Very near to Abdul Aziz Gate of Haram. Breakfast was excellent, all of my family like it. Free Parking, no additional charge for it. While Car park nearby Haram is very expensive. Very reasonable value for 5 Star Hotel. All staff are very friendly. I'd to stay here again for next visit.

Kaaba/Haram view from hotel room was the most attractive and pleasing experience. Cordial staff. High standard cleaning. Superb breakfast. Good size. 7- The clock tower complex had all the facilities - masjid for gents (Level P09) and ladies (Level P10), Food court (Levels P03 & P04), Shopping (Levels P0, P01 & P02). 8- The check in and check out was very efficient and quick.
