  From the moment I made the reservation to the time I finally walked out the front door, the staff did everything in their power to make life easy. Their Tourist Visa Support was impeccable and the airport transfers were extremely punctual, excellent service. The hotel itself is excellent value for money. My room was massive and spotless. Comfort is very important for me and that's the hotel where you get it to the full. Don't miss a chance to stay there when in St. Pete.

  The location is nice and the rooms are big and always clean. They really do look like in the picture. Bathrooms were also clean. Beds were made. Wireless available, very high speed (we had the room next to the reception). All in all, I would stay there again.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the staff did everything to make my stay a pleasurable one. St Petersburg is such a wonderful city and the staff at Anichkov certainly contribute to make everyone's - The staff were superb and always on hand to help.
