  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  I came here for a week, initially planned to stay 3 nights here and the rest elsewhere, but ended up booking my entire stay with this hotel! The staff are really friendly, and cater for all your needs, the receptionist was so helpful she sorted my train times and bookings and was always there to lend a hand if I needed it.   The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home. The food was fresh, home-made and plentiful -- definitely a good value for the money. - Hotel staff are very plesent and the hotel is very clean.

  We found the villa, grounds and decor to be elegant and the staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. The dining room is quite romantic and the lovely terrace is perfect for breakfast or lunch, although the weather was too chilly for us (but we certainly took many photos of the picturesque atmosphere). Parking space available , very helpful staff.
