Very welcoming. Very clean. Essential services such as hot water, wifi, kitchen, television and of course a pleasant roof terrace. Local amenities such as shops, access to taxi, tram, only 1km stroll to city centre. easy walk to metro and then train station. cheap but good value. nothing. bathroom needs update. Its too dirty, unsecured, unhealthy.
