  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z... wat mensen zeggen » loty. Overall an amazing town in the mountains. Plan to wait driving as the streets are very busy during peak hours. Worth every penny though! Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The other time we stayed at the restaurant after closing time and we were still served. Also the staff at the SPA center was very nice and helpful. It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out.   The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way.
