  All the staff were courteous, very helpful and friendly..and for the reception staff nothing was too much trouble..The room was very clean, quiet, and quite spacious, and overlooked a football pitch..The location was set in a small and pretty rural village near to the mountains, yet only a bus ride from the City.

  I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent. Everyone speaks English or German. -Rooms are very large and very comfortable. -Beautiful hotel interior. -Spotless bathrooms! -Excellent breakfasts. -The food in the restaurant is very good, I think I tried everyth... wat mensen zeggen » ing on the menu eventually and it was all delicious! Compliments to the chef, really really good food, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely - my 3rd time here and always friendly...especially agata on reception who is always willing to help,is very friendly and a credit to this hotel :)

  The staff include the cleaning room women and the peaceful atmosfera and all the architectural and all kind of modern fasility, the personal attitude especially the staff at breakfast , everything in hotel was super!!! - Excellent service again, great quiet room, everything a business hotel should be. Even have gluten free bread at brekfast!

  This hotel is a fabulous building in a town of great architecture,even if some of the town needs more then the proverbial lick of paint.The staff were wonderful and dining/the bar is like sitting in a palace.It could not be more central and book a car park place if relevant.B-B I found a mixture of the old and the new.It struck me as a city of you... wat mensen zeggen » nger people perhap's more aventgarde then say Krakow.However although we were tourist's, we felt we were probably amongst very few. - Good central location for the old town & tourist sites--also close to the railway & bus station, recently refurbished nice hotel.
