We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.
