  The hotel is extremely clean (moreover, the lady who cleand our room was very kind), all the staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic. We spent a really nice time there and we will definitely come back again. What we would like to find in the hotel next time - is a kettle to make some tea in our room as we drink quite a lot o... wat mensen zeggen » f tea (but the hotel did not declare kettles anywhere, it is just our own idea and our own request). We would like to thank the staff for such a pleas - Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.

  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. Room was comfortable and large plus restaurant in cellar was truly amazing.Incredibly secure plac... wat mensen zeggen » e to stay with security door halfway up stairs (needed password to open) plus two locks on door of room. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  It is a lovely place with a great service, unfortunatlly we had only one night stay, but it was the best! Our room was spacious and modern with a really original bathroom, wooden bathtube, Bvlgari set ( eau au the vert) makes it really special. Breakfast was really good, hot meals as scrambled eggs, hot sausages were avaiable. Swimming pool and saunas are - We had the most romantic night with my husbend! The atmosphere, people around, beautiful surroundings, modern design, amazing views and really good food and wine makes this place really special! We absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to escape from the city and have a romantic time or just rest. You will find there peace and calm it is a little bit like the time goes slower in NoName;-)

  10/10 dus het hotel is een aanrader. Een mooie stad in combinatie met een goed hotel dat zijn vier sterren zeker waard is. We waren reeds overtuigd bij ons bezoek in februari. Daarom terug gekomen in de lente . Een zeer goede verbinding met de oude stad. Wij genoten ook van de boottrip(s) door het hotel gratis aangeboden van en naar het kasteel i... wat mensen zeggen » n het centrum van de stad. - Alles! De kamers zijn prachtig, op de 7de verdieping hadden we uitzichtop Krakau. Zwembad. Het ontbijt was geweldig. De eerste prijs van onstijdens een reis van 12 weken! De weekend prijs was aantrekkelijk injuni: 3 dagen voor € 305.- incl. Superontbijt
