  Superb hotel a very pleasantly surprised! Great value for money, exc ellent food and all facilities were amazing!   This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating. Although we never ate in the hotel (except for breakfast) the menu looks quite exciting albeit quite limited on choice (thi... wat mensen zeggen » s sometimes can be a good thing though).   Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable.   The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   My staying in the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The breakfast choice could meet different tastes-adults and children which was very pleasant. Special thanks to the staff!   This is a very charming place, with a very friendly restaurant serving excellent food. Our window gave us a view of the Dunajec River. The walk into the center of town was easy. Staff — Krysia — was exceptional. - Helpful staff, very clean and tidy hotel, very good food. Miła obsługa, czysto I schludnie, smaczne jedzenie.
