After making a reservation I was a bit worried about the apartment key that needed to be collected. But when I called to arrange it, the person on the phone was very polite and flexible so we could get it when it was ok for us. The apartment was great and as we have kids, I enjoyed the stay more than in any hotel. I trully recommend it.
