  The atmosphere was unique and enjoyable and the staff welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to help us arrange for tours and cabs. The location was convenient and about a 10 minute walk to the city center, although we spent much of our time in the charming bars and restaurants around the hotel. This place had a fabulous restaurant serving Polish/Jewish cuisine and live music during dinner. Amazing! Make a reservation ahead!!!! The rooms were great! Spacious and comfortable! We will stay here over and over! Loved this lace!!!!!

Guarded parking(extrapayment) for the guests 400m aways of site. Would choose again, for sure - friendly and helpful staff, great location for the old town. Excellent .   The staff of the Hotel Alef was fantastic. They were all (and that is rare) incredible friendly and helpful and were willing to organize everything in a blink of an eye. They answered my e-mails sent before the trip promptly.The room was very basic, but perfectly clean and the bathroom was renovated. The lobby, common areas and the breakfast room ... wat mensen zeggen » were all very personally designed and walls were full of paintings-loved the individual touch everywhere. Location was perfect, right beside the castl - The hotel Alef was extremely clean and had charm and character, with great paintings and ornaments throughout. I loved the power shower and had no complaints with the breakfast buffet~ simple but effective. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Krakow centre. The staff were nice and helpful and my group of friends and I would certainly stop again :)

  Very professional and helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to my email enquiries before we left England. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception staff
