  The staff were generally very helpful both at reception and in the bar. One example of this, we'd had trouble booking a hire car with a well known company and so turned to the reception for help. They called a company on our behalf and we had a hire car brought to the hotel for a cheaper price than that quoted with the more well known firms (where... wat mensen zeggen » we would have to collect it from the airport or their offices). - Hotel rooms are very cozy also are supplied with all necessary things (hair dryer, conditioner, heater, tv, inter-net, etc.). Hotel is located very close to the big shopping centre (Krakow Gallery), to Railway- station and historical Old Town. Friendly unostentatious staff and excellent value for money!

  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them, ... wat mensen zeggen » around 2.40 zloty per person and you are in the old town in las than 5min.
